SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has resumed work on area highways. The following is their current project list at Lake Tahoe and in the Sierra. Most traffic-interfering work will be restricted from 6:00 a.m. Friday, May 22 until 10:00 p.m. Monday, May 25 due to the Memorial Day holiday.
