7:13 a.m. – DUI – Highway 50 – 32-YEAR OLD MALE SUSPECT STOPPED FOR INVESTIGATORY PURPOSES AND VEHICLE CODE VIOLATIONS. SUSPECT FOUND TO BE DUI AND HE WAS TURNED OVER TO CHP.
