Douglas Country TRIAD honored area seniors with a luncheon and gift baskets on April 27 at the Flight Restaurant in Minden. “Senior for a Day” is an annual celebration in the county where the honorees share their life stories.
John Caster, Deloris Carver, Donald Ward, Laurette Gilbert, Dick Hancpol and their escorts attended the luncheon with the Douglas County TRIAD. Some of the stories shared included life’s travels, careers, military service and families.
