New “Welcome to Nevada” monuments are being installed by the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) at two of the entrances to the state along US 395, with others planned at border crossings on SR28 in Crystal Bay and I-11 near Hoover Dam.
Installation of the monument near Topaz Lake was completed on October 15 and a welcome monument on U.S. 395 near Bordertown to be installed by the end of the month.
