Release stress, toxins, and negativity through twists and gentle spinal extensions. Engage in supported inversions to relieve yourself of the weights of the day.

It was July 4, 1776 when we first celebrated independence, and now 242 years later, we continue to do so. Lake Tahoe is one of those special place to enjoy the holiday and here are a few things offered:

July 4, 2018 - 8:00am Start your 4th of July by gathering in "commUNITY" at Kiva Beach, for an all levels yoga class. 8:00 a.m to 9:00 a.m. Please bring a towel, blanket or mat. After class jump in lake and/or volunteer beach clean up!

June 27, 2018 - 8:00am WEDNESDAYS 8AM at KIVA BEACH
Start your Wednesday mornings connecting with nature, meditation, community, and yoga on the beach. All levels welcome. Please bring towel, blanket, or yoga mat. After class, optional beach clean up, or jump in the lake! Class starts at 8am and runs about one hour. FREE / Donations Appreciated
