Help protect Tahoe - Share your concerns about harm to our environment

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Kristen Schwartz, a South Lake Tahoe Arts, Culture, and Tourism microgrant recipient, is seeking input from locals about human-caused issues affecting our water, wildlife, wildfire safety, and overall environment.

If you have experiences or concerns you’d like to share, please take this brief 7-question survey: https://tinyurl.com/4yyrp5wh. The survey is in English and Spanish and will be available online until July 31.

The input from the survey will help guide the creation of a stewardship ebook that educates people about their impact on Tahoe and provides guidance on how to better care for the place we call home. It will be available for free download in English and Spanish.

Schwartz is a 35-year South Lake Tahoe resident, illustrator, and storyteller specializing in compassionate public interest stories about how people impact nature and how they can instead protect it.
