SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Former South Lake Tahoe resident, Lisa Parsons, will present her first two books in her mystery-thriller series: Emergence at the first library program of 2025.

Lisa Parsons introduces her second book in the Emergence Mystery Series. Her first book, Aftermath: Revenge in Lake Tahoe follows Maya Murphy, paramedic, as she gets caught up in a murder in Lake Tahoe. Her second book, Ambush will take her to the Pacific Northwest and the chaotic world of emergency calls and dangerous traps
Lisa Parsons is an adventurer, writer, photographer, paramedic, conservationist, and world traveler. She crafts stories with depth and creativity that are enhanced by real-world experience.
She is originally from the Seattle area and moved to South Lake Tahoe in 2018. She draws from her background as a paramedic, mountain biker and dog lover to create compelling and realistic stories.
Her writing and photographs have been published in books, newspapers, magazines, and blogs in the Pacific Northwest and across the globe.
Lisa is working on her third book, which is scheduled for release in 2025.
