The City of South Lake Tahoe is requesting proposals from Medical Providers within the vicinity of the City of South Lake Tahoe to Perform Occupational Medical Examinations and Drug Testing for City Employees.
The proposal shall include one of the following services:
· All services;
· All drug and medical testing services only;
· All Workers Compensation services only.
Proposals are due on or before 02/04/2015 no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) at City offices (1901 Airport Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150).
Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
