Weather – South Lake Tahoe will have a high of 39 and a low tonight of 15. Today: Partly sunny, with a high near 39. Southwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm. Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 15. East wind around 5 mph.
Heavenly – Groomed. No New Snow in last 24 hours. 100% of their terrain planned to be open – 4800 acres, 24 lifts and 97 runs are open. Base depth is 83″. Lift status. Partly sunny, with a high near 33. Breezy, with a west wind 15 to 20 mph becoming north in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Statement from Heavenly- Expect partly sunny skies, with a high near 33°. Temperatures are currently ranging 14-24° around the mountain. It will be breezy, with a westerly wind 15-20mph, becoming north in the afternoon, and wind could gust as high as 30mph. You can access the mountain from 3/4 of our base locations – The Gondola, CA Main Lodge, and Stagecoach Lodge. Weather permitting; All 24 scheduled lifts will spin from 9:00 am-4:00 pm, providing access to all 97 Heavenly trails, of which over 50% were freshly groomed overnight. Our Groomers trail picks of the day are Ellie’s in CA, and Jack’s in NV.Our 7 day snowfall total is 23″.
Sierra-at-Tahoe – Powder/Packed Powder. 2″ new snow. They plan to have 10 lifts open with groomed conditions on 31 of their open 45 runs. Six snow parks are open. Base depth is 63″ to 116″.
