SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – In what is hoped to be an exciting new tradition, the inaugural Lake Tahoe Unified School District School Community Gala will be held on Saturday, May 3 at the Tahoe Blue Event Center from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Instead of each school doing its fundraising and gathering silent auction items from the same businesses for all four schools, the Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) have joined forces to raise essential funds for students while having an opportunity to strengthen connections among schools and the wider community.
The community is invited to the gala, and they are also looking for event sponsors, donations to the cause, sponsoring a “Teacher Ticket,” or donating silent or live auction items. By contributing, you help fund their Gala event and direct more
resources to our elementary schools.
As a sponsor, you will receive recognition within our schools and local
community, all while demonstrating your commitment to education.
The PTAs from Meyers, Bijou, Sierra House, and Tahoe Valley would like to thank you for your support in raising funds for our elementary schools. These contributions enable the PTAs to provide essential extras for the children, including field trips, playground equipment, events and parties, arts programs, extracurricular
activities, and much more. They also help cover office supplies, paper, and classroom supplies. Thanks to the fundraising efforts of the PTAs, our children truly thrive.
Sponsor levels range from $500 to $2500 and above.
Indulge in delicious appetizers and desserts at the Gala while enjoying the lively beats from a DJ. Dance the night away and participate in exciting silent and live auctions.
Everyone deserves a chance to dress up and enjoy themselves! Tickets include delicious appetizers, a delightful dessert bar, and the option to select between a “cash” bar or an upscale hosted bar.
