A few spots are still available for rounds of golf on Sunday at Edgewood Tahoe during the 28th Annual Booster Club Golf Tournament. The joint event presented by the Whittell High School and South Tahoe High School booster clubs raises funds for sports at both South Shore schools.

The fun-filled event includes chances to win trophies and $100 for closest-to-the-pin. Each day is an individual tournament with a scramble format. Couples, individuals and foursomes are invited to play. There will be trophies awarded to the top three teams each day.

Saturday openings sold out quickly, and Sunday is expected to sell out. The cost is $145 per day and includes golf, lunch and raffle tickets.

If you’d like to golf on Sunday, contact the pro shop at 775-588-3566 or Kevin Kjer at 775-588-6354.

The Booster Clubs would like to thank Edgewood Tahoe for their support in donating the course and providing staff during the two day tournament.
