STATELINE, Nev. – A gathering of local dignitaries and Harrah’s Tahoe staff and high rollers gathered together at the grand opening of the newest addition to the casino – Brews Brothers.
The four original “Brew Brothers” Glenn Carano, Gary Carano, Geno Carano, and Gregg Carano attended to celebrate the brewery’s latest location.
The afternoon kicked off with a ribbon cutting and celebratory toast from Karie Hall, general manager of Harrah’s Lake Tahoe and Gary Carano, executive chairman of the board of directors for Caesars Entertainment, followed by passed appetizers and signature brews for guests to taste before the restaurant opened to the public for the evening.
Taking over the former footprint of the food court and California Bar, Brew Brothers is more than 7,900 square feet. It offers more than 200 seating options and 30 high-definition TVs for guests to catch their favorite game alongside their favorite brews. The menu features a variety of locally sourced and seasonal craft beers brewed in-house, handcrafted cocktails, and food items designed to fulfill every craving, from custom burgers, wings, and ribs to specialty pizzas, tacos, and pasta dishes.
Brew Brothers, created by the Carano family in 1995 at the Eldorado Resort Casino in Reno, Nevada, has been a highly successful concept. With 12 locations across the country, and the 13th in the works, Brew Brothers ensures guests can enjoy great beer and great food while remaining close to all the action.
