SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The Soroptimist International of Tahoe Sierra (SITS) awarded $12,700 in awards and scholarships on Thursday to students from South Tahoe High, Whittell High, Mt. Tallac High, and South Tahoe Middle School. The students and their families were treated to breakfast as the awards were given to the deserving students.

Funds from the scholarships were made available through the club’s annual Elegant Evening.
