Sally Holcombe, DAR Chapter Organizing Regent
A chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) is organizing in South Lake Tahoe. DAR is a non-profit, non-political women’s charitable service organization that focuses its community service on historic preservation, education and patriotic endeavor. DAR membership is open to any woman age 18 and over, regardless of race, religion or creed, who can document her lineal, bloodline descent from someone who aided in our independence from Great Britain.
