After months of negotiation, a lease was signed on Tuesday for the new T.J. Maxx in South Lake Tahoe. The owners of the Garfinkle property located 2011 Lake Tahoe Boulevard, located at northeast corner of the “Y” and company officials reportedly signed off on a lease agreement Tuesday night. The clothing outfit hopes to start the inside remodel as soon as possible, according to those close to the deal.
T.J. Maxx advertises itself as “real designers, real savings, really,” and offers a wide range of merchandise.
