SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office (EDSO) is looking for 30-year-old Mark DeForest who is wanted on suspicion of a November, 2016 burglary and grand theft from Sierra-at-Tahoe.
DeForest was arrested at the time and had an initial court date on November 23, 2016. He posted bail but has not been seen since then. A felony warrant is out for his arrest.
According to EDSO Detective Damian Frisby, DeForest has ties to both South Lake Tahoe and Vancouver, Wash. Frisby said nobody has reported seeing DeForest since November.
Frisby said he cannot release any more details of the burglary at this time.
