Casinos at South Shore Lake Tahoe led the Silver State in gaming profits for the month of July, the Nevada Gaming Control Board reports Friday.
Casinos in Stateline took in $32,371,760 in gaming-related profits or “win” compared to July 2012, a 9.23 percent increase.
Las Vegas strip casinos saw the biggest decrease in gaming profits for the month, seeing a 14.40 decline from July 2012.
Statewide, Nevada casinos saw its gaming profits drop by nearly 8 percent for the month. The state’s total “gaming win” for July 2013 was $925,729,767, a 7.97 percent decrease compared to July 2012.
