UPDATE 4:30PM – All repairs have been made and power has been restored to the South Lake Tahoe/Stateline area.

Customers of Liberty Utilities and NV Energy are without power this afternoon due to equipment failure at substations.
Crews on site estimate it will be six hours until repairs will be completed though some customers may come back on line sooner with attempted switching.
As soon as updates are available we will update this story.
