SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – It’s that time of year again to don your best witch costume and get spooky on the lake! The event will be held on Saturday, September 25 at the same location as in the past – Conolley Beach behind the former Beach Retreat in South Lake Tahoe. Now that the hotel is closed, the event will not have the beloved Tiki Bar or restaurant, so bring anything you need for the best day on the beach!
Schedule:
1 pm – Meet and greet and grab a drink! Blow up your paddles and eat a treat!
2 pm – GROUP PHOTO!
2:15 pm – Costume Contest
2:30 Paddle!!!
Safeway is across the street and has everything you might need! The weather says high 60s which is perfect weather to go all out even if you’re not paddling! Our bystanders relaxing on the sand normally get into the mood with a witch hat and something black! Furry friends in costume are always an added bonus! This event is for all ages, and you can paddle, kayak, or even float! People love to decorate their paddle boards as well!
