SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Christine Bish, a 2026 republican candidate for Congress, District 6, addressed the Republican Women of CA-South Lake Tahoe at their monthly luncheon speaker series.
Her career experience includes working as a realtor, a financial investigator for a law firm for 10 years, and the Sacramento area director of the Educational Freedom Initiative. Interestingly, Congressional Candidate Bish has some Tahoe roots as well. Her mother owned a Tahoe restaurant called “My Favorite Place” near Safeway in the 1980s.

Candidate Bish is committed to:
- The Environment
- Senior Citizens
- No Taxation on Social Security Benefits
- Parental Rights
- Veterans and their Healthcare Rights and Choices
- Homeless Problem and the Problems that are created
- Protecting the Constitution and Second Amendment Rights
- Clean Water
- Ending Sanctuary Cities
As a financial investigator and mortgage expert, Christine was recently quoted by Newsmax for her investigative reporting on Adam Schiff’s (D-CA) recent alleged DOJ criminal complaint referral on mortgage fraud.
She is running against Aimi Bera, who has served since 2013, for multiple reasons – to take control back of our country, to protect parental rights, and to reduce excessive government intervention. For more information, her website is: www.bishforcongress.com.
The Republican Women of California – South Lake Tahoe (RWC-SLT) meets most months on the second Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. For more information, please email us at: sltrepublicanwomenofca@gmail.com.
