SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – A contractor working on Julie Lane broke a gas line Monday morning. South Lake Tahoe Fire Rescue responded and cleared the area, evacuating five homes.
Southwest Gas is replacing the main and it will take about three hours.
All residents have been allowed back into their homes.
