SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Join others in the community at Cascade Kitchens Food Hall & Bar on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for Plates for a Purpose.
A portion of proceeds from each eating establishment will support Soroptimist International of Tahoe Sierra (SITS) education, empowerment, and basic needs programs, as well as the club’s local school support and scholarships for local women returning to school after setbacks.
Members of the SITS club will be on hand to share what the club does on the South Shore and share information on joining with prospective members.
To learn more about SITS, visit https://sitahoesierra.org/.
They hope to see everyone at Cascade Kitchens on October 16. They are located at 1030 Tata Ln, South Lake Tahoe, Calif.
