Dr. David Borges, respected local chiropractor and historian, was this month’s guest speaker at a recent meeting of the Republican Women of California – South Lake Tahoe (RWC-SLT). He gave an excellent presentation about courageous women pioneers and warriors of the Sierra. Approximately 45 guests were in attendance.
