
South Shore casinos posted a win for the second month in a row in September, ending up 7% above the same month last year according to the monthly report released today by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
Casinos took in $23,781,570 for a month that saw an overall loss for the state of 5.96%. The state took in $901,697,989.
The biggest “winner” in the state were the casinos on the Boulder Strip who saw an increase of 14.28% while the opposite end of the spectrum were North Lake Tahoe casinos who’s win was down 15.44%. They took in $2,194,567.
The gaming win represents the computed income of casinos before business expenses and taxes.
