Hello South Lake Tahoe,
As you reflect on voting for the Lake Tahoe Unified School District Board of Education Trustee in Area 1, I respectfully ask for your thoughtful consideration.
As a thirty-seven year resident and educator in the South Shore, I have dedicated my life to the teaching-learning process for children. I have supported young people in the classroom, on the court and in the fields of South Lake Tahoe. If elected, my goal as a Board Member will be to enhance the curriculum and instruction delivery to our students without losing sight of the whole child, continuing to support a wide range of learning opportunities both in and outside the classroom. I have the time and dedication to work tirelessly for the community that I have embraced since 1980, giving back to the many exceptional people in LTUSD and throughout our town. I am forever grateful for their exceptional expertise, enthusiasm, and support of our own children who graduated from LTUSD and college, now enjoying careers of their own. This is my vision for all children in our community.
