Dare I say…this is probably the best production that I have ever seen on the stage of South Tahoe High School in 25 years of stellar performances. Wow. Where do I start? I am still swirling and whirling over Saturday Night’s performance. When the lights turn on, this show grabs you, and you are in for the ride!
The transforming stage sets, the custom-fit costumes, the lighting, the orchestra, all add to the incredible talent of the Triple Threats on stage. Gloria! Maci! These gals are going places for sure! And the rest of the cast are supremely talented in their song and dance.
The applause from the audience after every set said it all, truly a magical collaborative performance. As we all stood in ovation of this show, I think some of us took note of the luck and luxury of our lives, juxtaposed to those characters in the story, whose life situations brought them to a desperate and pitied state of affairs.
