SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – December 10 was an incredible event at McP’s that brought so many people together for a celebration of life for Charlie Schofield! It was an event filled with love and family that everyone there will always remember. Thank you to everyone who supported and played at this event!
The Charlie Schofield Celebration of Life was a true celebration!
Charlie’s family came from around the country, all of the musicians that he played with from the last 40+ years were there, the Tahoe community really came together, and the spirit of Charlie was felt in that room.
Leslie Oslin said it best, “ What a phenomenal tribute to Charlie Schofield’s during his Celebration of Life at McP’s, where the most gifted musicians in Lake Tahoe came together to provide an unforgettable night of non-stop music!”
Thank you to Pete Joseph and his entire crew at McP’s Taphouse Grill for sponsoring this event. McP’s Taphouse Grill has always been a local’s place, and will continue that tradition in the future.
