By The Eldorado National Forest Interpretative Association (ENFIA)
The Eldorado Forest Interpretative Association offers free guided Interpretative hikes in and around the Carson Pass area throughout August and September. These vary from 45 minutes like our historical Devil’s Ladder hike to our 3 hour water color painting hikes. We offer Junior ranger hikes for our youth (5-15 years old), and we offer a walk among the trees and flower hikes as well. Please see our attached schedule for specific details on dates and descriptions. We recommend that participants call the Carson Pass Information Station at 209-258-8606 to ask more questions and reserve a spot.
