Geology hike at Carson Pass to Frog Lake on July 29 at 10:30 AM

The Eldorado National Forest is offering a free Geology hike on July 29th

The Eldorado National Forest Interpretative Association will offer a free Geology hike on Saturday, July 29th, at 10:30 AM which starts at the Carson Pass Information Station on HWY 88. It will be a 1-2 hour hike along the Pacific Crest Trail. We recommend that participants wear good shoes and bring water. We also urge visitors to call 209-258-8606 to reserve a spot as we are limited to 12 participants on this hike.
