All levels and physical abilities welcome! Sessions focus on improving general health and wellbeing of the practitioner. A combination of Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation, gentle rocking & stretching movements and breathing exercises are practiced to enhance students’ balance, coordination, flow and transition. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat to class. Class size is limited
