Bread & Broth and their Bread & Broth 4 Kids program received generous donations from the South Lake Tahoe community during last week’s Tahoe Chamber Connect for a Cause Charity Mixer at the Hard Rock Casino Hotel.
More than 120 community members attended the January 23 mixer to raise money and food for the group that feeds almost 180 school-age students with a backpack of weekend food as well as hot meals for everyone on Monday and Friday evenings.
