Tahoe Live 2024: Lil Wayne and Diplo to headline December 14-15

Chanukah Kids Workshop with The Home Depot

The community is invited to join the Chabad Jewish Center and The Home Depot for a fun, interactive Chanukah Kids Workshop on Sunday, December 15 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Learn how to make your own Draidel craft during this free workshop. An RSVP is required, and to do so please visit JewishTahoe.com/Events.

Refreshments will be served.

Senator Marie Alvarado-Gil staff holding mobile office hours in South Lake Tahoe

Staff from State Senator Marie Alvarado-Gil's Office will have Mobile Office Hours in Sount Lake Tahoe on Monday, December 16 from 10 a.m. to noon. Everyone is welcome.

The location will be Cowork Tahoe, located at 3079 Harrison Drive in South Lake Tahoe. Constituents are encouraged to stop by and bring their ideas to the Senator Alvarado-Gil. Senator Alvarado-Gil's staff can also help with issues related to state agencies.

Tahoe Blue Event Center holds two-day New Year's event

Get groovy at the Disco Prom fundraiser for Whittell 7th-9th grade NY/Boston trip

LAKE TAHOE, Nev. – In April 2025, students from George Whittell in grades 7-9 will embark on the trip of a lifetime to Boston and New York. This Spring Break trip is being organized by Mrs. Heather Lamb, Whittell's Mathematics teacher, in conjunction with Global Travel Alliance. This journey will offer students the chance to explore U.S. history, cultural landmarks, and iconic sites while connecting classroom lessons to real-world experiences.

Volunteers and donations needed for Night to Shine, a prom for individuals with disabilities
February 7, 2025 (All day)

Night to Shine will be held on February 7, 2025, at the Tahoe Blue Event Center. Organizers have already started planning and need the community's help.

Night to Shine is a promlike experience for individuals with disabilities who are 14 years old and above. The Tim Tebow Foundation sponsors it. Mountain House is the host church, and Access Tahoe is helping support this event.
