LAKE TAHOE, Nev./Calif. - Lake Tahoe Dance Collective celebrates the 12th Anniversary of its summer festival from July 23 - 26, 2024. The 12th annual Lake Tahoe Dance Festival kicks off with an opening night gala in Tahoe City, followed by Tahoe City Community Night, Kings Beach Community Night, and concludes in a closing night gala in Incline Village, featuring new commissions and performances from artists from New York City Ballet, Broadway, LA Dance Project, Boston Ballet, and more! Todd Borg joins Friends of the Library to read from his newest book, Tahoe Rescue

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Join the Friends of the Libary as they host local author Todd Borg on Tuesday, July 23, as he reads from his latest book, Tahoe Rescue.

Borg is an award-winning author of the Owen McKenna Mysteries Series with Tahoe Rescue the 22nd book in the series.

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The Lake Tahoe Historical Society is bringing back its popular summer speaker series, Tahoe History Talks on the Beach, on Tuesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. starting June 25.

The free talks are held at Lakeview Commons on the west side steps. Lakeview Commons is located at the corner of US50 and Lakeview Ave. There is plenty of free parking.

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Magician Brian Scott will be at the South Lake Tahoe Library on Friday, July 26, 2024, at 2 p.m. for a free performance. The Library will be hosting the magician as part of its Summer Reading Challenge.

Brian Scott is a magician who combines magic, comedy, and pure fun. Bring the whole family for this outdoor performance!

The event is sponsored by South Lake Tahoe Optimist Club.

The library is located at 1000 Rufus Allen Blvd, South Lake Tahoe, Calif.
