Wellness Lab panels and Additional Lab Tests are slated for Wednesday, Dec. 19 from 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Barton Laboratory across from Barton Memorial Hospital, 2169 South Ave. South Lake Tahoe. Lab panels are by appointment only. For appointments, register on-line at www.bartonhealth.org/lab or call the Barton Hospital Laboratory at (530) 543-5855, select option 2, then select option 3 and leave a message. Wellness Lab Panel • $50 (23 laboratory tests, includes lipid, chemistry panel and hemogram) 12-hour-fasting required (medications and water permissible) Additional Tests: Prostate Cancer Screening (PSA) • $40, Thyroid Evaluation (TSH) • $40 Hemoglobin A1c • $40.
