Cost: $12 drop-in or multi-use punch cards may be purchased
This is a multi-level fitness class centered on the Pilates matwork exercises. Modifications are provided to address abilities and injuries. Small equipment – weights, toning rings and resistance bands may also be used. In-person class size is limited.
