Gently treat energetic imbalances and return to a state of harmony through self healing Reiki practices. Detach from the day and enter into a state of mindful relaxation. Establish connection with your body, mind, and energy. Enjoy the gentle vibrations of live harp music as they lull you into a state of rest, and possibly even sleep.
No need to worry about turning off this session. If you doze off, your guide will end the event without a disturbance to your rest.
