Join the Tahoe Chamber on Thursday, February 23 from 5:00 p.m. at 7:30 p.m. at The Beacon Bar & Grill for After Five, the South Shore’s premiere business networking event. Ticket price includes drinks, appetizers and raffle prizes! Enjoy some libations and make new connections!
The Beacon Bar & Grill is located at 1900 Jameson Beach Rd. in South Lake Tahoe, Calif. Cost is $10 for members and $20 for non-members. Tickets are available at

October 21, 2016 (All day) A one-day summit celebrating the women* of Reno - Lake Tahoe - Truckee. Women As Change Makers (WACM) is designed to provide women with the tools, knowledge, and network to take their business or career to the next level. Become inspired through the collective synergy of women. Leave enlivened with new skills and new friends.
WACM is an annual event benefiting Zawadisha, a local social enterprise whose mission is to provide small loans to Kenyan women to help finance their livelihoods. WACM is a bridge that connects the two communities we call home.

Signup begins for 20th Boys and Girls Club golf tourney at Edgewood Tahoe

Long considered one of the area’s top golf fundraisers, the event annually raises more than $40,000 to support the work of the Club, which assists more than 800 local kids throughout the year.
