Jerusalem to South Lake Tahoe

Experience the most famous book in the world in a whole new way. Professor Tom Meyer, The Bible Memory Man, who has an amazing 20 complete books of the Bible memorized, will be speaking twice in South Lake Tahoe on Sunday, October 28, 2018.

Meyer will speak at First Baptist Church at 1053 Wildwood Avenue at 11:00 a.m. and at Calvary Chapel, located at 807 Emerald Bay Road at 6:00 p.m.

Timothy Roger Stoll June 16,1938- February 12, 2016

Dr. Timothy Stoll died suddenly of galloping pneumonia on February 12, 2016 at the age of 77.

Dr. Stoll, an icon of the Tahoe area, practiced dentistry for over 50 years in both South Lake Tahoe and Minden.

If you have an absentee ballot and have not mailed it in, there is still a way to make sure your vote is counted! You can turn in your ballot at any precinct location on Tuesday. All precincts are open from 7 am to 8 pm. You can also hand deliver your ballot to the El Dorado County Elections Department, 2850 Fairlane Ct., Placerville or the El Dorado County Recorder-Clerk's Office, 3368 Lake Tahoe Blvd., Suite 108, South Lake Tahoe. Ballots must be received by the Elections Department no later than 8 pm on Tuesday.
