The Lake Tahoe Community College Writers’ Series is celebrating National Poetry Month on Thursday, April 24 at 7 p.m. in the Aspen Room with poets June Sylvester Saraceno and Laura Wetherington. These award-winning poets will read from their works, engage the audience with a Q and A, and sign copies of their books. The event is free and open to the public, and books will be available for purchase.

The Lake Tahoe Community College Writers’ Series will proudly celebrate National Poetry Month on Friday, April 12 at 7:00 p.m. in the LTCC Library.
Three award-winning poets — Kelle Groom, Lexa Hillyer, and Krista Lukas — will read from their works, engage the audience with a Q and A, and sign books. The event is free and open to the community. Books will be available for purchase.

April 7, 2012 - 7:00pm Bona Fide Books is hosting an art reception, poetry slam and reading for Reno-based poet and artist Benjamin Arnold Sat. Apr. 7, 7-10 p.m. at Bona Fide HQ. This event is free and open to the public. Singer/songwriter Athena McIntyre of Rockin’ Minerva will provide music starting at 9 p.m.
