Lionel Ritchie added to Harvey's Outdoor Concert series

The singer behind hits "All Night Long" and "Say You, Say Me" will be performing on stage during the 2016 Summer Concert Series at Harvey's Outdoor Arena.

Lionel Ritchie was announced as the latest artist to join the long summer line-up. He'll be making a stop in South Lake Tahoe on Saturday, August 13 at 8:00 p.m. Presale tickets go on sale June 8, with regular sales starting June 10 at ticketmaster.com.

Steve Wonder headed to South Lake Tahoe this summer

The Harveys Outdoor Summer Concert Series added another music icon when they announced Stevie Wonder will be headed to South Lake Tahoe during his "Songs in the Key of Life" tour.

He will be in town on Friday, September 2, 2016 for a 7:00 p.m. concert. Presale tickets go on sale May 25 with general public sales May 27.

Sammy Hagar and The Circle add stop at Harvey's Outdoor Concert Arena

Sammy Hagar and The Circle featuring Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham and Vic Johnson have been added to this summer's lineup at the Harvey's Outdoor Arena for an August 26, 2016 7:30 p.m. concert.

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10:00 a.m.

Don Henley added to Harvey's Outdoor Arena 2016 lineup

Don Henley, founding member of the Eagles as well as a successful solo artist, will be in South Lake Tahoe this summer as part of of the Harvey's Outdoor Concert Series.

Henley is on tour this summer in support of his recent Cass County album which was his first solo album in 15 years. He'll stop in Lake Tahoe on July 24 during his European and North American tour.

Show time for Henley is at 8:00 p.m.

Presale starts on Thursday, April 7 at 10:00 a.m. with general public tickets available on April 8 at 10:00 a.m.

Tim McGraw and Widespread Panic added to Outdoor Arena lineup

The lineup at the Harvey's Outdoor Arena increased by two today with the addition of Tim McGraw and Widespread Panic at the popular South Lake Tahoe venue.

McGraw will be on his summer tour with Brooke Eden when they stop by Harvey's on Saturday, July 23 at 7:30 p.m. Presale tickets go on sale March 23.

Harveys adds Steve Miller Band and Slightly Stoopid to summer lineup

The Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena at Harveys just added two more concerts to their summer lineup.

Slighty Stoopid is coming on Saturday, July 2 as a part of their Return of the Red Eye Summer 2016 Tour. Special supporting guests include SOJA, as well as Zion I, The Grouch and Eligh. The general admission tickets start at $37.50 each.

Sting and Peter Gabriel making stop at Harvey's Outdoor Arena

Sting and Peter Gabriel just announced their 2016 tour, Rock Paper Scissors, and one of those stops will be in South Lake Tahoe as part of the popular Summer Music Series at Harvey's Outdoor Arena.

The two iconic artists will bring their once in a lifetime concert to the south shore on Friday, July 15, 2015, a week before the American Century Golf Championship at Edgewood Tahoe.

Tickets will go on sale on Ticketmaster Monday, January 25.

They are the second group to confirm a stop at Harvey's. Country music star Keith Urban will be performing Friday, July 29.

New up on NPR's All Songs Considered is a review of "50 Words for Snow" by English singer-songwriter Kate Bush and the release of the song "Eider Falls at Lake Tahoe" a shortened version of an 11-minute song about a woman and a lost dog.
