Bread & Broth is grateful for their food donors

In October, Bread & Broth reached the 27-year milestone for serving meals to the Lake Tahoe South Shore community! Currently, Bread & Broth serves a full-course ‘Monday Meal’ at St. Theresa Church Grace Hall and a soup and simple entrée at ‘Second Serving’ at the Lake Tahoe Community Presbyterian Church on Fridays. These two weekly meals and the food ‘give away’ bags distributed at the meals are supported by generous stores, businesses and restaurants who have donated food, beverages and soups to our program throughout the past year.

Primo’s Italian Bistro in South Lake Tahoe today announced that it has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award.
Establishments are given this award only if they consistently achieve outstanding reviews on TripAdvisor. Primo's joins the upper echelon of businesses worldwide that achieve this honor.

In February 2014, Primo’s Italian Bistro celebrated two years in its South Lake Tahoe location. As a way of saying thank you, Primo’s “Customer Appreciation Month” will feature two-topping pizzas for only $10 throughout the month of May.
Primo’s pizzas are hand tossed, East Coast Style, and cooked to
perfection in the brick oven. Primo’s is open seven days a week until
10 p.m., for lunch Monday through Friday starting 11 a.m., and for dinner
Saturday and Sunday starting at 4 p.m. Primo’s is located at 2180 Lake
Tahoe Boulevard, behind Orchid Thai.
