The Gourmet Cooking Class series at the Lakeview Loft continues with Spice Blending on Thursday, January 30 from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Diane Weidinger, owner of Heart Rock Herb & Spice, will be teaching a spice blending class that includes learning to cook with fresh spice blends. Featured spice blends will be Herbs de Provence, Tahoe Taco and Tahoe BBQ.
