LAKE TAHOE, Nev. – US50 between Glenbrook and SR28 is currently closed in both directions after a fatal two-car collision early Sunday morning. The crash was at Mile Marker 11 in Douglas County
The Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) reports one person is dead and three others were seriously injured in the crash, which occurred just before 5 a.m. April 19, 2026.
There is no other information available at this time, but the highway will be closed for four to five hours, says NHP.
