The windows on the front of the Carson City IHOP were broken when a gunman opened fire inside the restaurant last month. Saturday morning, workers could be seen inside and outside of the restaurant on South Carson Street – putting in new windows. An IHOP spokesperson told KOLO 8 News Now that the restaurant is scheduled to reopen before the holidays, however she would not give an exact date. On this same weekend, members of the community came together to help out those who survived the shooting rampage. Go here for the story and video.
