South Lake Tahoe City Council Candidate Keith Roberts is holding a "Meet The Candidate" on Monday, September 9 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at South of North Brewing Company.

Meet Keith and learn what he stands for, "common sense over nonsense."

South of North is located at 932 Stateline Ave., Suite B in South Lake Tahoe.

Join Hub 5 for a fun and free weekly (almost) program for young children with their parents or caregivers. They will meet in the Gazebo by the playground at Bijou Community Park from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is hosting a presentation on September 12, 2024, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Cowork Tahoe.

This presentation will cover what we know about this leading cause of death, the most up-to-date research on prevention, and what we can all do to fight suicide. Participants will learn the common risk factors for suicide, how to spot the warning signs in others, and how to keep ourselves, our loved ones, and those in our community safe.
