Tahoe Area Sierra Club Meeting

January 29, 2015 - 7:00pm The Tahoe Area Sierra Club will host Tom and Cheryl Milham of Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care at the their next community outreach meeting on January 29th.
LTWC raises, rehabilitates and releases orphaned and injured wildlife. 2014 was a busy year for the center with a record number of bear cubs left in their care, including badly burned "Cinder" from Washington State. Tom and Cheryl will be sharing their stories and photos of the bears, bobcats, and many of the other wildlife animals they have nursed back to health. They will also be giving us an update on the new Wildlife Center being planned in South Lake Tahoe.
The event is on January 29th at 7pm at Unity at the Lake Center, 1195 Rufus Allen Blvd, S Lake Tahoe. All are welcome. Not necessary to be a member.
