Planning for in-home care seminar; last in a four-part series

The final presentation in an informational series on planning and providing in-home care for yourself or a loved one will be presented by Barton Home Health and Hospice on Monday, April 22, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Barton Memorial Hospital Board Room, 2170 South Ave. South Lake Tahoe.

The final part of this series will discuss resources and community services for caregivers, topics include:
— Financial Considerations

— Durable Power of Attorney
— Support Groups
— Self-Care
