What will Reno's economic growth mean to the South Shore?

Join us to discuss the implications of Reno's explosive growth on the Tahoe region and how Tahoe can prepare for what's coming next for the local economy.

This luncheon features special guest speaker Mike Kazmierski, the CEO of Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN). Kazmierski leads a team of twelve economic development professionals to recruit, expand/retain and grow through entrepreneurial support, primary businesses that create quality jobs in the Reno-Sparks region. In the past three years, this team has assisted in the attraction of more than 60 new companies, the local expansion of another 25 companies, resulting in the addition of more than 6,000 new jobs in the region.
