Dog owners in El Dorado County will soon be able to renew their dog's license on line as well as pay for other services provided by the county's Heath and Human Services Agency (HHSA).
Over the next six months, residents will be able to pay on line with credit or debit cards as well the current option of paying with a check, by mail or in person.
"Many residents have told us they'd like the ability to pay online or by credit or debit card, and we are happy that we can now make those options available to them," said Karen Coleman, Program Manager at HHSA.
HHSA expects to offer online and credit/debit card payment options in the coming months throughout its Social Services, Public Health, Mental Health and Community Services divisions. Announcements with details and links will be shared on the HHSA public website as they become available. The HHSA website may be reached at www.edcgov.us/hhsa
