SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CALIF. - El Dorado County Sheriff's Office responds to calls throughout the county. The following are calls that only pertain to the South Shore. There may be some missing calls due to sheriff's logs not being completed at time of story.

1:13 p.m. - Burglary - Emerald Bay Rd - UNKNOWN PERSON(S) SHATTERED THE WINDOW OF THE VICTIM'S LOCKED VEHICLE AND STOLE HER PURSE CONTAINING MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS.

1:25 p.m. - Litter Issue at VHR - Alice Lake Rd - TRASH LEFT OUT AT A PERMITTED VHR PRIOR TO TRASH COLLECTION DAY. TRASH WAS STREWN ABOUT BY WILDLIFE IN
VIOLATION OF COUNTY ORDINANCE.

1:35 p.m. - Brandishing - Sherman Way - DURING A VERBAL CONFRONTATION, A MALE SUBJECT DISPLAYED A KNIFE IN WHAT WAS PERCEIVED TO BE A THREATENING MANNER. THE 22-YEAR-OLD MALE WAS ARRESTED.

6:14 p.m. - VHR Complaint: Trash - Prospector Trail - ANONYMOUS CALLER REPORTED A BAG OF GARBAGE NOT PLACED INTO A BEAR BOX AT A VACATION RENTAL.

6:21 p.m. - Vandalism - Melba Dr - SUBJECT REPORTED VANDALISM TO HIS CAMP TRAILER.

6:47 p.m. - Grand Theft - Blitzen Rd - SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE. POSSIBLE GRAND THEFT.

6:34 p.m. - Search and Rescue - Lake Parkway - DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO A REPORT OF A LOST HIKER IN SOUTH LAKE TAHOE. THE 18-YEAR-OLD MALE HIKER WAS SUBSEQUENTLY LOCATED BY EDSO IN GOOD HEALTH AND TRANSPORTED TO SAFETY.

8:57 p.m. - Vacation Home Rental - Pioneer Trail - DEPUTIES DISPATCHED TO VAACTION HOME RENTAL DISTURBANCE.

3:43 a.m. - Information Report - Sierra Pines Rd - DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO A 911 HANG UP AT A RESIDENCE IN SOUTH LAKE TAHOE.

5:04 p.m. - Missing Person - A JUVENILE WAS REPORTED AS A RUNAWAY IN SOUTH LAKE TAHOE.

6:19 p.m. - Missing Person - Cree St - A JUVENILE WAS REPORTED MISSING.

10:50 p.m. - Battery - High Meadows Trail - EDSO AND SLTPD RESPONDED TO A VACATION RENTAL IN SOUTH LAKE TAHOE FOR A REPORT OF BATTERY BETWEEN AN ADULT MOTHER AND SON.

8:23 a.m. - Fight in Public Place - Melba Dr - TWO SUBJECTS ENGAGED IN A ROAD RAGE INCIDENT AT LOCAL CAMPGROUND.

2:21 p.m. - Vandalism - Kaska St - SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE INVOLVING NUMEROUS CUT LOCKS ON STORAGE UNITS BUT NOTHING APPARENTLY STOLEN OR MISSING.

7:23 p.m. - Burglary - Kaska St - VICTIM REPORTED THEFT FROM HER LOCKED STORAGE UNIT.

7:28 p.m. - Felony Warrant - Arrowhead St - EDSO AND SLTPD SERVED AN OUTSTANDING WARRANT. 44-YEAR-OLD MALE ARRESTED.

2:26 a.m. - Possession of a controlled substance - Lake Tahoe Blvd - A MALE PROBATIONER WAS CONTACTED. IT WAS LATER LEARNED THE MALE WAS IN POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. THE 54-YEAR-OLD MAN WAS ARRESTED.

12:26 p.m. - Petty Theft - Emerald Bay Rd - A BACKPACK WAS LEFT UNATTENDED FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES. DURING THIS TIME, UNKNOWN SUSPECT(S) STOLE THE
BACKPACK.

3:43 p.m. - Lost Property - Saddle Road - A FEMALE MISPLACED HER ID CARD AND NEEDED A POLICE REPORT FOR FLIGHT REASONS. INFORMATION ONLY.

10:46 p.m. - Vacation Rental - Mohican Dr - A MALE SUBJECT REPORTED A PARTY AT A VACATION RENTAL. THE 24-YEAR-OLD MALE RENTER OF THE RESIDENCE WAS ADVISED OF THE COUNTY ORDINANCE.
